Text and options

Besides colours, a design can ask the customer for a short text or a choice from a list.

Text fields

Add a text field when the customer should type something, such as a name for an engraving. Set a label and a maximum length. The entered text is saved on the order line with the label you gave the field.

Mouldr does not change the model with the text. Use it for information you apply yourself when preparing the print.

Option lists

Add an option list when the customer should choose one of several values that do not change the model, for example a gift wrap choice. The chosen value appears on the order line under the option's label.

Hidden options

An option can be hidden from customers. It keeps its default value and still shows up on the order, which is useful for notes to yourself about how a design is printed.
