Bambu Studio
Mouldr works best with projects exported from Bambu Studio or OrcaSlicer.
Exporting the design
- Arrange the parts as you print them. Separate plates for separate parts are fine.
- Apply your print settings, supports and any painting.
- Give each object the name customers should see.
- File → Export → Export project as 3MF and upload that file as the model.
Opening an ordered print file
- Download the print file from the order or from Mouldr.
- Open it in Bambu Studio with File → Open project.
- Your plates and settings are as you exported them. In the filament list, the slots carry the ordered colours and each part is assigned to its slot.
- Pick the matching filament in each slot, or map the slots to your AMS, slice and print.
If colours look wrong
- A part shows the wrong slot: check that the object names in your exported project match the part names in Mouldr. The parts tab warns about missing parts before publishing.
- Two parts share one slot: they were ordered in the same colour. That is expected.
- More slots than you have filaments: the order used more distinct colours than your project had. Map the extra slots to the AMS slots that hold those filaments.
