Orders

A Mouldr line on an order looks like any other line, with the customer's choices listed as properties.

Readable properties

For each choice the customer made there is a property named after the part or field, with the chosen value as the customer saw it, for example:

Lid colour: PLA Matte Scarlet Red
Body colour: PLA Matte Bone White
Size: Large

Hidden properties

Properties starting with an underscore are hidden from customers in the cart and checkout. On the order they give you:

Property	What it is
_configuration_id	The id of the saved configuration. Quote it when asking for help.
_configuration_admin_url	Opens the configuration in Mouldr inside your admin.
_production_file_url	Downloads the print file for this exact order line.
_configuration_preview_url	The preview image shown in the cart.

Reviewing an ordered configuration

Open _configuration_admin_url from the order. Mouldr shows the design exactly as the customer configured it, with every choice preselected and the preview in the ordered colours. From there you can download the print file, or change a choice first if you need a corrected file. Changing choices there never alters the order itself.
