The Customize button

On every product linked to a published design, the theme embed adds a Customize button above the theme's buy area and opens the designer when clicked.

What the embed changes on the product page

• Adds the Customize button.
• Hides the theme's own variant picker ("Price band"), quantity field, Add to cart and Buy it now. Those would add an unconfigured item, so customers buy through the designer instead. You can switch this off in the embed settings if your theme hides more than it should.
• Shows the customer's own preview image on cart lines instead of the product photo.

Button label and language

The label follows the customer's browser language, English or Danish, just like the designer itself. To force one label for everyone, type it into Customize button label in the embed settings.

Placing the button yourself

If you want the button, or the whole designer, at an exact spot in your product template, add the Mouldr configurator block from the theme editor instead of relying on the automatic placement. The block has a setting to render either the button or the designer inline.

Where the designer opens

The designer opens on your own store domain under /apps/designer, inside your theme's header and footer. Customers never leave your shop.
