Install Mouldr

Add the app to your store

Install Mouldr from the Shopify App Store, or from the install link you received. Shopify asks you to approve the permissions the app needs: reading and writing products (to create a variant per size) and reading orders (to attach print files to order lines).

After installing, Mouldr opens inside your Shopify admin under Apps. Everything you set up lives there; you never need a separate login.

Turn on the theme embed

The Customize button is added to product pages by an app embed in your theme.

1. In the Shopify admin go to Online Store → Themes and click Customize on your live theme.
2. Open App embeds in the left sidebar.
3. Switch on Mouldr Customize and save.

The embed only acts on products that are linked to a Mouldr design. Other products are untouched. See The Customize button for what it changes on the page.

Check that it works

Open a product that is linked to a published design. You should see the Customize button above the usual buy area. If the product shows nothing, check that the design is published and linked to that product in Mouldr.
